Representing individuals and companies faced with allegations of criminal impropriety, and facilitating internal investigations on behalf of victims of fraud
Advocacy is a way of life for Yale Freeman who has also assumed the role of advocate for those less fortunate in our community. He served on the Board of the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida for eight years, including three years as president. He also served on the Board of the United Way of Collier County, and currently supports the Collier County American Cancer Society. In addition, he contributes to a wide range of community and professional organizations, as well as various worthy causes.
Seventeen Naples law firms recently participated in a flash mob to support the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer “Put On Your Pink Bra” campaign to end breast cancer. The organizer, Yale Freeman and his wife Susan got other firms on board and worked out the logistics for the big event. Guerilla Media filmed the “happening” and created this fantastic video.
Why did they do it? Breast cancer or other cancers, in some way, have touched many of the participants’ lives and they wanted to show their support for finding a cure. They came together to help promote the American Cancer Society’s 5K Walk. Several people signed up for the walk as a result of the event, and that was the goal: to raise awareness and garner support. Mission accomplished!
