Yale T. Freeman specializes in complex criminal, civil and administrative litigation. A practicing Florida attorney since 1973, he received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia and his Juris Doctorate from University of Miami Law School.

Mr. Freeman often assists civil and transactional attorneys in recognizing and formulating strategies to address the criminal concerns of their clients. Identifying an issue as a possible criminal matter or recognizing the true magnitude of a seemingly minor criminal problem is oftentimes not a clear-cut process.

Additionally, he counsels corporate clients in the understanding of and adherence to compliance-related programs mandated by federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

He is recognized for his expertise in the investigation and defense of white collar crime, Healthcare/regulatory practices, political corruption, aviation investigations, federal grand jury inquiries, commerce and export violations, environmental violation and defalcations.

Yale Freeman’s reputation has been built on contributions he’s made in cases involving complex federal and state litigation, however, he offers a full range of services, and is also available to assist in those simple matters that often raise concerns.

Named in Leading American Attorneys, and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, he is also proud to have received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the country’s leading lawyer-rating service. An AV rating signifies an attorney who has “achieved the highest levels of professional skill and integrity.” Based on peer reviews by members of the Bar and Judiciary, Mr. Freeman’s AV rating indicates that the lawyers and judges with whom he works on a daily basis consider him among the best, not only for his legal skills, but also for the honesty and integrity that characterize his practice.
